AttMap -  This program creates a attribute map from a drawing then lets you apply the attribute map to as many drawings as you want.

About:

Directions:

The program starts by displaying the following dialog box:

attmap01.jpg (11326 bytes)

Begin the attribute mapping process by selecting the "Build an Attribute Map" button.  The application will prompt for you to select the source drawing that has the attribute values set properly:

attmap02.jpg (44756 bytes)

Then lets you select a typical destination drawing.  (A drawing with attributes set incorrectly.)  This process is exactly the same at the one used above.  Next the application pulls up the Attribute Map Builder dialog box:

attmap10.jpg (29562 bytes)

The program will write a script file and prompt you when it is ready to run:

attmap11.jpg (4825 bytes)

When you press the "OK" button, the program will open each destination drawing, apply the attribute map, and save the drawing.  Although I don't know of any bugs in the program, please make a copy of the drawings before running the program.
