Create a Slide Book!

Then View and Insert blocks easily.

Library -  This program allows you to select drawings (blocks) to create your own slide library.  You can then view the slides and insert your selected block.   No AutoLisp experience required.

Instructions:

  Unzip the .ZIP file and extract all drawings to a location in your AutoCAD search Path.  In AutoCAD type :

(load "LIBRARY") and press enter on the command line.

Then type LIBRARY and press enter.  You should see a dialog box like this:

This is the program with a library loaded.  The program searches for the default library "Library.LBA".  If found it loads it.  Otherwise it displays an empty screen and you can load any library you want.  If you press the "Create a New Library" button, you will see the following dialog boxes:

Select the blocks (drawings) you want to create the slide library with.   Press the "Okay" button.

Select the directory you want to store the slides in and press the "Okay" button.  The program will then create the slides and slide library for you.  Restart the program by typing "Library" to view and insert your slides.  Simple!

Updated: 8/28/04 - Insert the block using the current dimscale.
